About this Program


• 10 master classes of Kundalini yoga as taught by the Kundalini Research Institute.

• All classes begin with a 20-minute lecture describing each element, its gifts, challenges and how to invite into your life.

• All class include a kriya, meditation, breath-work or a celestial communications for each element.

• Classes are are between 90-120 minutes.

I am Egypt's first Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Trainer, with a mission to spread the teachings of Kundalini Yoga throughout the Arab World. 


In Arabic ‘Shams’ means sun and ‘Sham3a' means candle, put them together and my name means the one who shines the light of the inner soul. 


My first encounter with yoga came at a time when I was giving care to my mother as she was battling cancer. The practice of Kundalini Yoga gave me the strength that I needed to give care and also the ability to heal after she passed in the summer of 2011.


My gift is the ability to communicate yogic teachings in a way that is simple and may also inspire way to commit to a lifetime practice.


I conduct one on one coaching sessions to support you on your healing journey.
